MatsMatsMats.com ships to addresses within the 50 United States, U.S. territories, and U.S. military installations. Additionally, we have partnered with iShop USA to process international orders, allowing you to receive our products anywhere in the world.

The following is intended to provide you with more information regarding shipping rates and restrictions.

Shipping Methods:
Shipments within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and U.S. military locations may be shipped via a variety of carriers. UPS Ground is our primary shipping method. However, depending on the products ordered and their destinations, your items may ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, US Mail, or truck.

Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses will ship via U.S. Mail only. Some products cannot be shipped by U.S. Mail, in which case a physical street address will be required to deliver the order via alternate carrier.

Expedited Service:
Many of our products are large and/or heavy and are therefore generally very expensive to ship via expedited delivery methods. Nevertheless, feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for expedited delivery (overnight, 2nd day, or 3-day).

Shipping Rates:
In order to determine your shipping cost, please add your item(s) to the shopping cart and proceed with the checkout process. After providing your shipping address, but prior to providing any payment information, you will be presented with your shipping cost.

Shipping Rate Exceptions:
Orders shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) may incur additional shipping costs. Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses will ship via U.S. Mail only and may incur additional shipping costs. If additional shipping costs are incurred, customer service will contact you with the additional shipping costs for approval prior to shipment.

International Shipping:

International shipments can be placed online through our partnership with iShopUSA. Simply add your products to our shopping cart and proceed with "International Checkout." The items currently in your shopping cart will be automatically transferred to iShopUSA, and you will place your order with them. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery via a reputable, international, shipping company. MatsMatsMats.com is an environmentally conscious company. Whenever possible, we try to reuse shipping boxes and packing materials that were previously used and have been reconditioned for reuse.
