How To Tape Your Wrestling Mat

Unroll the mat (please do not unroll it in cold weather).
Let the mat sit for about 30 minutes so it can flatten down.
Push the two seams together.
Using four people:
a) Have two people (one each side of the seam) holding hands and pushing together with their dominant foot next to the seam to push the seam together.
b) Have one person move ahead of the other two with the mat tape applying it lightly to secure it to the mat.
c) Have the final person walk behind the two, stepping on the tape to tightly secure it to the mat.
Once the tape is secure you can wrestle.
