It is made of extremely firm, high density, crosslink polyethylene foam and is sturdy enough to practice your beam routines on the ground. It is covered with durable, heavy-duty, 18 oz vinyl. This Practice Beam is lightweight and folds in half for easy handling and storage. It's 2" high x 8' length with a 4" top working surface tapers to 6" bottom for stability. Our practice balance beam is ideal for kids of all ages.
