Mark, I doubt that you remember me but I ordered a special cut mat for our office in August. I had spoken to you on the phone explaining that the mat was to be used on a hard wood floor and would be in between the two of us in my office to have as a cushion to roll our chairs on and protect the floor. Hi, I just wanted to thank you. I received my order (051220-92347). I placed this order 12/20 as Christmas gift for my daughter (I found out the day before that the gift I had ordered from another company was on indefinate backorder). Thinking that the order was going to take at least a week or two to arrive I printed out a picture of the mat with a Santa letter of explaination. I just wanted to tell you how pleased I was with your service. About a week before my daugther's seventh birthday, I ordered a practice balance beam for her. I was fairly certain that it wouldn't arrive on time, so I printed a picture of it to show her the day of her brithday party. Needless to say, our party started at 2:00 pm, and at 2:03 pm the Federal Express driver arrived with a big brown box. I have just received my Yoga Mat and Cover set (Natural unbleached cotton) and I am quite pleased. Ellen, I just wanted to send you a note thanking you for a quick delivery and a great product. My Yoga Mat arrived yesterday, Tuesday Nov 18th,. I am very pleased and took the mat for my yoga class last night, and it was so comfortable. I was a bit worried that it might slip on the tile floors, but it did not. My 1 1/2 hour class flew by with much more ease to my back. I am passing the word on to the other 12 people in class who are still using thin rubber mats and they seem very interested.
