- Use our 15' grounding cord for optimum results in dissipating static electricity from your anti static mat. This grounding cord pain wire connects an ESD mat to a building's electrical ground through a snap placed on the corner of the mat.
- The anti static grounding cord has a 1 MegOhm resistor in it and a dome cap to prevent tripping. Grounding wire gauge is 115 mil.
- One end of the grounding cord is connected to the mat (by pressing snapping it onto a snap that is attached to the corner of the mat) and the other end of the cord will be inserted through round grounding prong on a standard electrical plug that will be plugged into a wall outlet (to dissipate the static discharge).

Use our 15' grounding cord for optimum results in dissipating static electricity from your conductive mat. This grounding cord pain wire connects an ESD mat to a building's electrical ground through a snap placed on the corner of the mat. The anti static grounding cord has a 1 MegOhm resistor in it and a dome cap to prevent tripping. Grounding wire gauge is 115 mil.
One end of the grounding cord is connected to the mat (by pressing snapping it onto a snap that is attached to the corner of the mat) and the other end of the cord will be inserted through round grounding prong on a standard electrical plug that will be plugged into a wall outlet (to dissipate the static discharge).
The grounding cord is available by itself if your mat already has a snap installed, or you can purchase the cord along with a snap that you can self-install into a corner of the mat.
