All wood ballet barres are shipped in individual cardboard tubes and are hand-sanded without a liquid finish. All ballet barres are made of 1-3/4" diameter Poplar wood. For an additional cost, Maple and Oak are also available with the same diameter.

These Fixed Height Ballet Barre Brackets are very sturdy and weigh 1 lb. each. They have a bright chrome finish. They come with #12 x 2" flat head screws.

SPACING FOR BRACKETS
4' Barre	2 brackets spaced 32" apart (8" overhang)
6' Barre	2 brackets spaced 48" apart (12" overhang)
8' Barre	2 brackets spaced 64" apart (16" overhang)
10' Barre	2 brackets spaced 80" apart (20" overhang)
14' Barre	3 brackets, 1 centered with 64" space on each side (20" overhang)
16' Barre:	3 brackets, 1 centered with 80" space on each side (16" overhang)

There is a 80" maximum span between brackets on 1-3/4" diameter barres.

Minimum overhang is 2". Maximum overhang is 20".

SUGGESTED BARRE HEIGHTS FOR FIXED BRACKETS

Single Barre:	32" - 46" from floor (waist level)
Double Barre:	32" - 34" lower barre
	44" - 46" from the floor for upper barre

Distance from wall to barre:

INSIDE = 7 1/4" (approx.)

OUTSIDE = 9" (approx.)

WARP TOLERANCE FOR WOOD IS 3/16" PER 4' SECTION

1. Sight down barre to determine apex of warp.
2. Center the level on apex and place 3/16" drill bit in gap.
3. If drill bit slides freely and completely through gap, the barre is beyond our warp tolerance.
