It is also used as a matchmaking charm for a Japanese girl when she turns 13 years old. She would make 1000 paper cranes and give it to an admired boy. We think folding 1000 origami cranes is a lot of work, though, and suggest buying the Origami Crane mat instead. 

Cat Cow (24"x72"): This modern art rendering captures the kinetic movement of the cat cow yoga pose. This pose creates ideal spinal alignment from head to pelvis. This is one of our favorite mats to hang on the wall as an art piece when you are not using it. Just use a pant hanger and nail or hook.
