The Natural Fitness Soft Weighted Balls provide a comfortable alternative to dumbbells and other hand weights. These balls are designed to provide increased resistance to allow you to advance further in your fitness program. Their soft, cushioned feel is perfect for hand held activities or to place on parts of your body for additional resistance. They are extremely versatile and can be used in a wide range of exercises and activities to build strength and stability.

Just like any ball with an inflation valve, these weighted exercise balls may arrive deflated and/or will lose air over time. If the balls seem to lack air, simply pump a little air in the ball (like with a volleyball, basketball, football, etc) by using a standard sports ball air pump. If too hard, release some air.
