The Portable Free Standing Ballet Bar System has a bar on one or both sides, allowing for completely independent height adjustment so dancers can set the bar to their preferred height. This is a strong, sturdy, durable and easily adjustable ballet bar, that is also portable. It assembles and disassembles without tools very quickly and can be transported in even a small car. Ideal as a kids ballet bar or the more experienced. Can be used as a home ballet bar or in a dance studio.

• Available in 3 wood types. All three wood ballet bar styles are fairly light in color.
  • Poplar
    • The most common type sold. If you are unsure, get this one.
    • In-Stock.
    • Hand sanded, Unfinished, Pre-Drilled, 1-7/8" diameter.
    • The darkest in color of the three types (but still not particularly dark).
    • Smooth to the touch (the smoothest of all three).
    • Weight: Approx. 29 lbs. (4' length); 36 lbs. (6' length); 38 lbs. (8' length)
  • Maple
    • Ships in 2 weeks.
    • Hand sanded, Unfinished, Pre-Drilled, 1-7/8" diameter.
    • The lightest in color of the three types.
    • Smooth to the touch.
  • Oak
    • Ships in 2 weeks.
    • Hand sanded, Unfinished, Pre-Drilled, 1-7/8" diameter.
    • Medium in color of the three types.
    • Still smooth, but not quite as smooth as Poplar or Maple.
• Available as one adjustable ballet bar on one side or two independently adjustable bars, one on each side
• Frame is made of chrome-plated steel
• Available in 3 bar lengths (4', 6' or 8').
• Frame height: 41"
• Each bar height adjustable from 30" to 44"
• Cross stabilizer bars for increased sturdiness (reduces wobble)
